The right candidate has experience in analyzing, modeling, reporting, and optimizing data. An analytical geek, curious and data driven, who’s passionate to understand and control details and trends. Freak of structure and data browsing.

What you will do:
• Create reports for monitoring performance and to support performance optimization
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to effect positive change
• Investigate data to identify and understand anomalies and to develop solutions
• Assist in improving the one of the company’s sophisticated performance optimization algorithms
• Collect, analyze and present insights and resulting action items

Your background and skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other related field required
• 2+ years’ relevant experience in a business intelligence/business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role
• Familiarity with digital media, or in particular Facebook campaigns/content recommendations platforms – an advantage
• Advanced working knowledge of data mining using SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau
• Python, R – an advantage
• Superior quantitative and statistical sense, good working knowledge of experimental design
• Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
• You are fast to learn and fast to execute
• Good communication skills

Director, Marketing Analytics & Optimization

Role Description:

Utilizing advanced media measurement and optimization, you will be responsible for driving optimal financial return on the company’s marketing investment. Working closely with major stakeholders, your team will run media campaigns with millions of dollars in monthly spend, applying proprietary measurement techniques to assess their true impact, all while driving the continued innovation of our internal analytics platform that is the key to driving our business growth. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in building, designing, and working with data tools
  • Proven experience managing small teams in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Ad Ops Specialist

We are seeking a talented Ad Ops Specialist to join our Product Revenue department. The Ad Ops Specialist that will be responsible for ad quality assurance, ad tag generation and reporting. As part of our growing company you will have lots of room for professional growth, autonomy and creativity. We are looking for a talented Ad Ops Specialist to join our dynamic NYC office team.

Role Description:
The ideal candidate has a background in digital advertising, web analytics, and proven experience in Ad operations / yield optimization on the publisher’s side. He/ she is a creative, results oriented problem solver, exhibits drive to do things efficiently, and excels in a team environment. The role also requires extracting insights from data analysis, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the ability to work smoothly under pressure, while managing multiple tasks.

  • Detailed campaign management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Testing the quality of built ads and generating ad tags for campaign launch.
  • Ad trafficking in DFP/GAM, QA of tags, reporting, troubleshooting delivery issues.
  • Troubleshooting issues and investigating discrepancies and abnormalities.
  • Use Excel, DFP, Google Analytics, and proprietary technology to derive insights and actionable business decisions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of digital operations experience (for example: Ad QA and trafficking, campaign management, data analysis).
  • 1+ years of direct experience in Google Ad Manager/ DFP.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with analysis of large and complex datasets.
  • Publisher side experience in planning, trafficking, and optimizing programmatic inventory – an advantage.
  • Familiar with technologies in display, video and native – an advantage.
  • Experience working for a publisher, network or agency – an advantage.
  • Knowledge of advertising related metrics (viewability, CTR, CPM).
  • Proven experience creating reports to support performance optimization.
  • Experience in troubleshooting using tools like Fiddler – an advantage.

You will play an integral part of our growing R&D department, supporting, designing and developing sophisticated products and services.

The role requires an individual leader who is comfortable striking a balance between cutting-edge and pragmatic solutions with the ability to work smoothly under pressure, while managing multiple tasks.

Role Description:
We are seeking a leader that has strong management skills with the ability to teams and projects. He/she should be excited about Web Development, cutting edge technologies and best practices to ensure the company’s business goals are met.

    • Lead and engage an R&D team both locally and offshore,  developing high-quality products within short time frames.
    • Work closely with company leadership, DevOps and Product Managers to architect, prioritize, and iterate regarding product functionality.
    • Master agile methodologies and continuously improve those within your team.
    • Design, code and manage the day to day of the company’s core product.
    • Serve as a mediator between the R&D team and other company teams to provide optimal collaboration and smooth workflows.
