What you will do:
• Create reports for monitoring performance and to support performance optimization
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to effect positive change

• Collect, analyze and present insights and resulting action items

Your background and skills:

Role Description:

Utilizing advanced media measurement and optimization, you will be responsible for driving optimal financial return on the company’s marketing investment. Working closely with major stakeholders, your team will run media campaigns with millions of dollars in monthly spend, applying proprietary measurement techniques to assess their true impact, all while driving the continued innovation of our internal analytics platform that is the key to driving our business growth.

Role Description:
The ideal candidate has a background in digital advertising, web analytics, and proven experience in Ad operations / yield optimization on the publisher’s side. Data, Product Manager

We are looking for a proactive and analytical, data-driven Data, Product Manager to join our team based in New York City, and work as a full-time On-Site/ Remote Product Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring we continue to create quality and innovative solutions while capturing, collecting, analyzing, and acting upon gigabytes of data in real-time, aiding the continued business growth and success of the company.

In this role and as part of the company’s Data department based in NY, you will work to create and clarify technical needs from various departments/ stakeholders. You’ll detail requirements, define, add and prioritize to the Data team’s work backlog while working in collaboration with stakeholders. You will also work closely with the development teams (NY and in several locations outside of the US); you’ll be overseeing (conducting when necessary) QA to ensure the developed items satisfy requirements and function properly within the Data team and within the Company’s standards and internal processes.

Role Description:

  • Be/Become familiar with the digital advertising advertising ecosystem – publishers, ad serving platforms, DSPs, ad exchanges, audience measurement, third-party verification and various monetization types such as display, video advertising, native and more.
  • Organize projects, and features into unified systems to prevent redundancy or underuse.
  • Add to the overall documentation of the system, features, and processes.
  • Document and summarize complicated technical features in a clear and accessible way.
  • Take initiative to investigate technical issues within the data domain and suggest recommendations.

  • 3+ years of industry experience in analytics, product management, project management and/or related disciplines.
  • 1+ years of experience in product management of a project/product with heavy data components.
